Condition is New. Shipped with USPS First Class. The Shirt is 100% Cotton made in the U.S.A. and is in excellent unused condition. The brand is LaMode and has been kept in a closet in a non-smoking/non-pet home. It has the original tag and has not been worn. This is your chance at a rare piece of history. What makes this 1998 Nissan Open Shirt Rare? The 1998 Nissan Open was played at the majestic Valencia C.C., a high roller Private Club in Valencia California. IThe "Nissan" was always (is now the Genesis Open), played at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades. In 1998 Riviera was selected for the U.S. Senior Open. Riviera did not want to host two large Professional golf tournaments within a few months, so Valencia C.C. was selected for the Nissan Open. That year Tiger Woods lost in a one hole playoff to Billy Mayfair. Tiger said of the course set up "that if the greens were faster some of the pin placements might have been illegal". Overall the tour players felt the course was a great test of their talent.
