Morgantown Glass PAIR Spanish Red Ruby Golf Ball 3½ oz Liquor Cocktails Art Deco
Click images to enlarge Description I just purchased this LOT of (2) vintage Morgantown Glass liquor cocktails from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The glasses were produced as part of Morgantown's "Golf Ball" stemware line No. 7643 which was introduced in late 1920's and discontinued in the early 1930's. The striking Art Deco inspired lines with dimpled ball stem continue to make this a favorite pattern with Elegant Depression collectors. The cocktails are beautifully executed with Spanish Red bowls, Morgantown's ruby shade, which show rich color and excellent clarity. The pieces measure 4 1/8" high, 2 7/8" across the top rim and hold (3 1/2) ounces. BOTH are in excellent condition with no damage or noted wear. These fun liquor cocktails would make a great addition to any collection of Morgantown Golf Ball crystal, Elegant Depression ruby glassware or Art Deco inspired bar setting.
