We are a family owned and operated Business. These golf balls are used and have been collected from golf courses, professionally cleaned and hand sorted. This particular lot is _ grade quality. Please check the detailed description of _ grade at the bottom of the listing for details. Purchase with confidence! Ball Grade Scale AAAAA(5A) : Our best quality recycled golf balls look very close to new. They play and feel as a new ball. Shiny cover and consistent in color. Slight pen or ink marks are possible but very limited if any. Will NOT include blemishes, scuffs, Practice or X-Out, or discolored golf balls. May contain corporate/team logos. AAAA (4A) : Our second quality recycled golf balls have some minor imperfections that keep them from being MINT. They look and feel as if they have only been hit a few holes. There will be a small players mark, minor scuff, or a slight blemish. No flaw that will affect the play of the ball. Will NOT include Practice or X-Out. May contain corporate/team logos. AAA (3A) : Our bargain grade golf balls. They did not make it into our Near Mint category. They will have players marks, scuffs, slight discoloration, or blemishes. They do not look new but can still be used for play. May include Practice or X-Out. May contain corporate/team logos. AA (SHAG) : Our lowest grade of golf balls. These are intended for use as practice balls or "HIT-AWAYS". *Some golf balls may have logos because we do not separate. Logos do not compromise the integrity of the golf ball. Each shipment varies in the amount of logos that may be present. Shipping/Return Information When will my order be shipped? Orders with payment received prior to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped the same day. Any orders with payment received after 3:00 pm are shipped the next business day. How is my order shipped? USPS, All orders are shipped Priority Mail at the moment, which typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery, excluding weekends. What is the return policy? Return policy is 30 days after the customer receives the order. If you are not happy with your recycled golf balls we will gladly refund your money 100% (excluding shipping).
