I do clean and remove as much residue, nail polish, tape, etc. as safely as I possibly can.  It is important to know this light wear affects only the packaging, not the product itself. The product itself is brand new & often in still sealed packaging. However, please note that occasionally a package might show signs of handling. If that is the case, it is because I may have inspected the cosmetics by opening them to verify that they have not been used or tested. This is due to the fact that some items do come to me with broken seals and I wish to verify the cosmetic is new and untested condition before listing and selling.
