Returns 1. Defective products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. 2. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging, you will need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return and a custom label for the item. 3. Refunds will be returned within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return. When we receive and process the return, we will refund the applicable amount.
Warranty 1. When the product does not meet the described function, we define it as defective, in line with the product warranty period. 2. We will replace defective items provided they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item and pays the cost of the replacement. 3.
