We accept domestic returns within 30 days of you receiving your items. The part must be new, uninstalled and on its original package. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. For return request, please e-mail us the following information:

- Part Number
- Reason for return (detailed)
- Photos of the parts received.
- Vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, VIN Number)
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
● We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your items.
● The part must be new, uninstalled and on its original package.
● We are not responsible for any shipping, installation, or incidental fees. Items that have been installed, altered, used, damaged are non-refundable.
● Our specialists will inspect the part once arrived and if your item(s) come back damaged for any reason, an additional damage fee will be charged.
If the product you purchased does not fit your vehicle, please send us your vehicle VIN number, year, make, model and engine size along with a photo, so we may help you find the part needed.
Our warranty covers the replacement of the damaged items within 10 years.
The warranty does not cover any alteration, modification, damage from neglect, accident, improper installation, or misuse of the unit. The warranty only covers if the part was installed by a certified agent. It does not include reimbursement for any cost involving the labor, installation, or re-installation of the part. The warranty would be a one-time replacement.
To file a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:
● Order number.
● Pricetronic username.
● Item #
● Vehicle VIN, year, make, model, and engine size.
● Photo of the part.
Once confirmation and payment for shipping are received, we will ship out the replacement. There is no cost for the part, but shipping is covered by the buyer. The tracking number and shipping details will be provided as soon as shipped.
Warranty is not covered under the following circumstances:
1.- The item was used for Off-Road or competition-related purposes.
2.- Car accidents of any type.
4.- Damage due to improper installation, product abuse, modifications, or product misuse.
5.- The vehicle changed ownership.
6.- The part was never used, and the buyer wants to return it after the 30 periods of purchase.
